Its closed structure is not affected by external pollution, humidity and other media. It is mainly composed of three parts, which is very easy to maintain and economical. Product features The normal working pressure is 4 - 6 bar. The robust rotary piston motor is equipped with adjustable spring pressure brake pads, which can effectively maintain the load even in case of air supply failure. The planetary gear mechanism with oil immersed lubrication can provide extremely smooth operation and reduce design error. The switch regulating valve inside the pneumatic motor ensures high starting torque. Large diameter muffler can effectively reduce the noise caused by exhaust. The control handle 4 buttons can sensitively control the work of the hoist and trolley, and is equipped with an emergency stop switch as standard. Carefully designed assembled parts reduce the height of the product (single chain form is used below 3000 kg). The lifting chain wheel is designed with 5 chain sockets and made of steel with good wear resistance and high hardness. When it is used together with the standard lifting chain, it can ensure smooth and accurate lifting action. The suspension system and hook of drop forging are made of high strength non aging steel and equipped with strong safety spring lock. The standard flat chain is hardened and galvanized, and the perfect cooperation with the lifting chain can ensure the smooth and accurate operation. Meet all internal and external standards.
