Product features Working level H4 or higher. Designed for heavy industrial applications with loads up to 20 tons. The alloy steel lifting sprocket has higher toughness and prevents gear wear after heat treatment. Strong regenerative braking mechanism is adopted to prevent the chain from overheating. The use of up to 7.5 horsepower motor can provide a wider range of lifting speed. It can provide single speed and double speed control with 3:1 speed ratio. Standard configuration with adjustable upper and lower limit device. It is equipped with overload protection device as standard. Alloy steel lifting chain is easy to maintain, reduce wear and abuse. 125% load test before delivery. The shell is made of solid aluminum alloy. Robust gear drive provides better performance and mechanical efficiency. Long term lubricated bearings and oil sealed gear units can reduce the maintenance frequency. Double braking system is adopted. The standard motor adopts fully sealed bearing and overheat protection, which can work for 30 minutes. The standard control handle can prevent moisture (according to NEMA4 standard). The length of standard control handle is 1.2m. The standard power cord length is 0.75 M. The trolley can be installed on a wide range of I-beams. The standard zipper length of the trolley is 0.6m. It is waterproof (according to nema3r).
